Self-Care Sunday: Reclaiming Your Time
All we have to decide is what to do with the time we are given. As daylight savings time ends, we are given an extra hour. Think of all the things you say you want to do for yourself, but "don't have the time" to do. Make a list. Do a least one of those things with your extra hour. This is an hour all about you. Not doing errands, or household chores, or favors for other people. Reclaim YOUR time.
